Video hosting and file storage. Both plans give you unlimited courses, members, comments, certificates and progress
tracking. Unlimited uses Shopify-hosted video, capped at 1 GB / 10 minutes per video, and Shopify Files for course files, capped at 20 MB. Unlimited Pro
adds Alva Video Hosting — 50 GB of dedicated storage with no per-video size or length limits — and 10 GB of Alva File Storage for course files up to 500 MB each.
No. Both plans are flat monthly; Alva Courses never takes a cut of your course sales. Enrol one
student or ten thousand — the price on your invoice doesn't move.
Install Alva Courses, build your course and connect everything during the trial. You pick a plan and
approve it in Shopify when you install, but billing only starts once the 14 days end, and you can cancel
any time before then from the Shopify admin at no cost.
Yes, from the Shopify admin — upgrade to Unlimited Pro, downgrade to Unlimited, or cancel in one
click. Shopify handles proration; no billing phone calls, no retention scripts.
No credit card required for the trial. Billing is handled by Shopify on your existing store billing
— you approve the plan inside Shopify when you install, and the first charge comes after the trial ends.
